Paris Orly Departure Hall, Drop-off & Pick-up (2026)
Short answer: At Paris Orly, each terminal has its own departure hall on the upper level (check-in and bag drop) and its own arrivals hall on the lower level (where you pick people up). Orly 1, 2 and 3 share one connected building, so the central area around Orly 3 is the easiest place to meet an arriving passenger; Orly 4 is a separate building with its own halls.

Where Is the Departure Hall at Orly?
There isn’t one single departure hall — there’s one per terminal, always on the upper level. Head to the hall that matches your flight’s check-in zone:

Every terminal frontage has a kiss-and-fly lane for brief drop-offs:
- Stop only long enough to unload — these lanes are for setting down, not waiting.
- For anything longer, use the short-stay car parks by each terminal.

- Orly 1, 2 or 3 arrival? These halls connect, so the central concourse around Orly 3 is the simplest, most visible meeting point — hence why “Orly Terminal 3 pickup” is such a common search. Agree on the specific arrivals exit before they land.
- Orly 4 arrival? Wait in Orly 4’s own arrivals hall — remember it’s a separate building roughly 800 m from Orly 1–3.
The catch with pick-ups is timing: non-EU arrivals now pass EES biometric passport control, which can add 60–90 minutes at peak, so the person you’re collecting may be far slower through than the flight’s landing time suggests.
