Fast Track Orly is a private meet & greet and priority-lane service at Paris-Orly airport. A dedicated greeter meets you and takes you through the airport’s busiest control points — security when departing, passport control and baggage on arrival, or the transfer between flights when connecting — using priority lanes wherever available. It’s a time-and-comfort service, not a lounge or a flight upgrade.

Yes. Orly is a single connected terminal with zones Orly 1, 2, 3 and 4, and our service covers all of them. Your greeter meets you in the correct zone, so you don’t need to know the layout in advance. Our Orly terminals guide explains which zone is which.

No. It doesn’t change your ticket, seat or cabin, and it isn’t lounge access — though lounge entry can be added as an optional extra where available. What you’re buying is priority passage through queues plus a personal agent who handles the airport for you.

No provider can guarantee that. Security, immigration and customs remain under the airport authority’s control. Our greeters use priority lanes wherever they’re available and know the fastest route at any hour — so you skip the queue, not the checks themselves.

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours ahead so your greeter can be scheduled, though last-minute requests are sometimes possible. Peak-season mornings fill up fastest.

Yes. You can book for any number of travellers and for third parties — a relative, a client, or a VIP guest. Pricing scales with group size, and the whole party is escorted together. Booking an arrival greeter for someone landing in an unfamiliar airport is one of our most popular requests.

Change and cancellation terms are shown during booking and in your confirmation email. If you need to amend a booking, contact us as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We monitor your flight in real time and your greeter adjusts automatically — you don’t need to tell us about a delay. This is one of the main advantages of a meet & greet over a simple lane pass.

Because “fast track” covers two different things: a priority-lane pass (a lane only, no agent) and a full VIP meet & greet (a dedicated person end to end). The gap in price reflects the gap in service. We break it down in Access No.1 vs VIP Meet & Greet.

On departure, at an agreed point near the terminal entrance or check-in. On arrival, at the aircraft door or in the arrivals area, holding a name board. On a connection, at your arriving gate, to escort you onward. The exact meeting point is in your confirmation.

Your greeter carries a name board showing your name and stays reachable via the contact details in your booking confirmation.

Yes — our greeters are English-speaking, and French is available too. If you need another language, ask when booking and we’ll do our best to arrange it.

Yes. Greeters assist with your luggage and trolley through the terminal. A dedicated porter for large numbers of bags can be added as an extra.

It depends on your airline and route, and it’s printed on your boarding pass. Orly’s four zones (1, 2, 3, 4) are all connected, and your greeter meets you in the right one. Our terminals guide explains which is which.

Metro Line 14 runs direct — about 25 minutes to Châtelet — since 2024. Other options include Orlyval + RER B, the T7 tram, RER C and the Orlybus. A chauffeur transfer can be added to any arrival service.

No. Since the EU’s Entry/Exit System (EES) went live in 2026, non-EU travellers must complete a biometric registration (a facial image, plus fingerprints on a first entry) at the border. A greeter can place you in a priority lane and guide you through quickly, but cannot exempt you from EES itself.

EES is handled at the border and needs no advance application — be wary of any site charging to “pre-register.” ETIAS is a separate pre-travel authorisation that is not yet in force (expected later in 2026). Always check your own government’s travel advice before flying, as timelines can shift.
